You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged or defective.
To process your return, we will require photo or video evidence of the damage.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds will only be issued for products confirmed as damaged or defective upon delivery.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are not damaged or defective.
